A Reiki or Intuitive Healing group classes offers healing process for the individual through shared experiences and group support. We start with grounding meditation, set a clear intention to direct each person’s healing. Mini reiki or healing sessions are facilitated to give each individual short reiki energy clearing and leaving you energized and revitalized. It allows for the group healings and attends to each individuals target needs.
